Ms. Sanam Singh is the founder of Gladhurst. She is known for her keen understanding of the clients’ need for an ethical legal solution. Sanam excels in working closely with senior management, leveraging her multi-industry global experience combined with her background having worked in both private practice as well as in-house.
Sanam has been actively involved in litigation (including PILs, appearing in the Supreme Court, High Court and District Courts) in criminal and family law cases. She is a legal activist promoting equal rights for all; she has worked with rape victims, victims of domestic violence and she often speaks on television panel discussions on such subjects.
In 2013, Sanam also founded THE WILL BANK to help clients with making their Last Wills & Testaments and more recently she has been drafting Living Wills or Advanced Medical Directives following the recent Supreme Court judgments allowing individuals the right to die with dignity and to refuse treatment.
